When you write in, it helps to include your device type (iPhone or Android), the app version, and a short description of what happened. If you're reporting something that went wrong, a screenshot goes a long way.

Report Abuse or a User

To keep leagues safe, you can report objectionable content or block a user directly in the app from any chat message. You can also email us at support@homepucks.com and we will investigate. We review reports and take action, including removing content or accounts that violate our Terms of Service.

How do I create or join a league?

From the My Leagues screen, tap Create League to start your own, or use an invite link from a friend to join theirs. Tapping an invite link will open the app (or send you to install it first) and drop you into the right league.

How do picks and scoring work?

Each week you pick players and predict game outcomes. Picks lock at their scheduled time, and your score updates as real NHL games are played. You can follow your standing against the rest of your league on the Standings screen.

How do purchases work?

HomePucks does not use subscriptions — nothing auto-renews. A League Pass is a one-time purchase that unlocks a single league for one season, and All-Star is a one-time purchase that covers your own play for a single season. When a new season comes around, you buy again only if you want to. Purchases are handled through the App Store or Google Play, and your purchase history is available in your App Store or Google Play account. We never see or store your payment details.

How do I turn notifications on or off?

You can turn push notifications off at any time in your device settings, or adjust specific notification types in the app under Account → Notifications.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and its data at any time from within the app. For step-by-step instructions and details on what is deleted, see our account deletion page.
