Deleting Your HomePucks Account

Last Updated: August 16, 2026

This page explains how to delete your HomePucks account and what happens to your data. HomePucks is operated by Frontier Roads LLC.

Delete your account from the app

You can delete your account at any time, directly in the HomePucks app:

  1. Open the HomePucks app and sign in.
  2. On the My Leagues screen, tap the account icon in the top-right corner to open your Account page.
  3. Scroll down to the Danger Zone and tap Delete Account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete Account again.

Your account is deleted right away. This is permanent and cannot be undone.

No longer have the app?

If you can no longer sign in or have already removed the app, email us at support@homepucks.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request, and we will complete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the data tied to it, including:

  • Your profile — display name, email address, and avatar
  • Your sign-in record
  • Your league memberships and team names
  • Your player picks, game predictions, scores, and standings
  • Your league chat messages, reactions, and blocked-user list
  • Your notification preferences and push notification tokens

Leagues you run are handed to the longest-standing member so the league can continue without you. If you are the only member of a league, that league is deleted too.

What we keep, and for how long

We complete deletion of your personal data within 30 days. A limited amount of data is kept after that:

  • Purchase receipts. We keep an accounting record of purchases, but it contains no information that identifies you. We never store your card number or payment details — those are handled entirely by Apple and Google.
  • Abuse reports. If another member reported one of your messages, that report is kept in de-identified form so we can act on repeat abuse. Deleting your account does not erase a report someone else filed about you.
  • Encrypted backups. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before they are overwritten.
  • De-identified data. Aggregated or de-identified data that can no longer be linked to you may be retained indefinitely.

Deleting your account does not automatically refund a purchase. To review or manage purchases, use your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
